Lego Therapy
What is LEGO Therapy?
LEGO Therapy is a group-based approach where children work together to build LEGO models, each taking on a specific role:
- Engineer – reads the instructions
- Supplier – finds the correct bricks
- Builder – puts the bricks together
By working as a team, children practise important skills such as:
- Turn-taking
- Listening
- Problem-solving
- Sharing
- Following instructions
- Communicating clearly
