Lego Therapy

What is LEGO Therapy?

LEGO Therapy is a group-based approach where children work together to build LEGO models, each taking on a specific role:

  • Engineer – reads the instructions
  • Supplier – finds the correct bricks
  • Builder – puts the bricks together

By working as a team, children practise important skills such as:

  • Turn-taking
  • Listening
  • Problem-solving
  • Sharing
  • Following instructions
  • Communicating clearly
