What Is Fresh Start?

Fresh Start is a catch-up phonics programme that helps older children:

• Learn to read accurately and fluently
• Develop comprehension, spelling, and writing skills
• Build confidence and engagement with reading

It uses the same systematic synthetic phonics approach as Read Write Inc. Phonics, but with age-appropriate materials tailored to older learners.
